Payments and delivery

If you placed an order in the store from the standard catalog, the delivery time of each product is indicated in the description. Please pay attention to this. Sometimes there may be delays due to public holidays or delays of raw materials in the supplier's warehouse.

If your order is urgent or must arrive by a specific date, please indicate this in the order comments.

 

If there was an order for individual tailoring, the volume and specifics of the order are taken into account. The cost is calculated individually.

You can make the payment through the LiqPay system in the online store. Since most products from the site are made to order, it requires 100% payment. In some cases of individual orders, a 50% prepayment is possible.
After placing the order, the manager will call you back or contact you via Telegram or E-mail and clarify all the details.


Delivery within Ukraine is paid by the recipient according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipping is normally done through the "Nova Poshta" logistics company. But, if necessary, it is carried out by all internal methods of delivery. Please specify when ordering.

All returns (except for manufacturing defects or errors on our part) are paid for by the recipient.

 

International delivery is carried out from Ukraine by Ukrposhta, then by international partner carriers.

It is paid immediately upon ordering using the Ukrposhta calculator (calculated for each order individually).

Returns

If for some reason you didn't like the product or it didn't fit, we can accept it for return:

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.

 

Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, unless a longer period of exchange or return of goods has been announced by the seller.

 

Exchange or return of the product is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the product have been preserved. If at the time of exchange or return, the desired product is not available, the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract and return the product and receive the money back.


In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return) was approved.

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned include:

The list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned is exhaustive.
The seller does not have the right to refuse the exchange or return of goods not included in the list if they meet all the requirements provided for in Art. 9 of the Law.

As for other goods presented in the store, they are subject to exchange and return.

We do not have a standard guarantee of 14 days from the moment of purchase, because most products are made to order for each customer, so we provide a "lifetime guarantee" and it includes:

In the event of a request and model or size mismatch, the product can be reworked if mistakes were made in the finished product on our part (we are not responsible for the correctness of the customer's data and sew according to the provided measurements).
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, but can be reworked at the customer's request for an additional cost.
We will gladly rework your order if it needs minor adjustments free of charge and we will pay all shipping costs.
If you have any difficulties in the process of using the products, we are always in touch and will provide advice or help solve issues related to care, repair, or others.
